Grade 310 is an austenitic medium carbon stainless steel with excellent strength at elevated temperatures and resistance to corrosion and oxidation in most environments. It’s highly ductile and weldable too, making it the ideal choice for high temperature or corrosive service applications.

It is primarily used for applications requiring high strength and excellent heat resisting properties, such as thermal treatment and gas turbine systems. Furthermore, it has high levels of abrasion resistance which are needed in petrochemical, waste incineration, and nuclear energy fields.

Alloy 310 is an improved version of the popular chrome nickel austenitic stainless steel, Alloy 304, that offers more chromium content and nickel content than its counterpart. Furthermore, Alloy 310 boasts superior corrosion resistance compared to both 304 and 316 stainless steels.

Pipes & Tubes made of stainless steel 310 are available in a range of forms, sizes, types and wall thicknesses. All are manufactured using only top-grade raw material that can be welded for any purpose or application.

Stainless Steel 310 Welded Tubes are widely used in various industries to transport hot and cold water, steam, liquefied gas, air, and other liquids. They come in different lengths and are ideal for abrasion and impact resistance applications.

They should be forged between 975 to 1175 degrees Celsius, and it is recommended to anneal after forging to relieve all stresses from the process. They can be cold formed using standard methods and equipment.

SS 310 Seamless Tubes come in various shapes and sizes. They may be welded, seamless, fabricated or any other form that the customer requires. All of these can be readily manufactured by a reliable stainless steel welder at competitive prices on the market.

Industrial furnaces and other hot metal working applications that require good corrosion and oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Common uses for these include coal combustors, radiator tubes, steam boilers and other equipment exposed to abrasion or extreme temperatures.

ASTM A312 TP Stainless Steel 310 Tubes are a medium carbon austenitic stainless steel that contains chromium and nickel for excellent corrosion, abrasion and heat resistance. This makes it an ideal choice for applications such as heat treatment equipment, furnace parts and cryogenic hardware.
